No doubt about it, nominee Eileen Davidson has had an amazing year so far. Can you imagine, bringing home a new baby and an Emmy® award? This could soon be Eileen's reality. With a baby due on May 17th, the day after the Emmy® telecast, we wondered how a much coveted Emmy® nomination figured in to the other exciting events on her horizon. "It's really a nice perk," Eileen shared. "It's especially nice that the nomination comes from a storyline I really enjoyed doing." Although she looks forward to the delivery of her baby, Eileen also acknowledges it would have been "Fun to go to New York to be with everyone because the show got so many nominations. Giving birth is my priority right now so I definitely have things in perspective." Eileen also added she will be watching the telecast, "If I am not in labor. But I don't think I'll have my television on if I am in the delivery room!" |
Eileen is the new mother to son Jesse Thomas. He was born on Tuesday May 20, 2003. Jesse Thomas was 8 pounds 4 ounces at birth. Lucky little boy to have such a mom!!! |

Eileen Davidson and Vincent Van Patten have sold a Malibu home for about $1.4 million and bought a larger house nearby, which had been listed at nearly $2.2 million.
They bought a newly built Cape Cod-style home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3,400 square feet. The home has a two-story guesthouse with ocean and mountain views. They sold a 3,000-square-foot Victorian-style house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and ocean views. Davidson and Van Patten moved to larger quarters to accommodate their expanding family. |
| Eileen Davidson and Vince Van Patten (the luckiest man on earth!) were married on Tuesday, April 15 2003. They married in Las Vegas. Their families were present. CONGRATULATIONS!
